Physical Item Returns

I gladly accept returns on eligible physical items.

• Return Request Window: Contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. Any loss in value due to wear, damage, or alterations will be the buyer’s responsibility.

• Return Deadline: Items must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.

• Refund Processing: Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Because inventory is often one-of-a-kind or limited, I’m unable to guarantee exchanges. If you need to swap an item, the easiest method is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order for a physical item, please reach out as soon as possible.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Digital Items

All digital patterns, downloads, and printable content are final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available on digital items.
Digital purchases cannot be canceled, as files are delivered instantly.
